TM Investment began its journey in 2008 with a simple yet ambitious vision: to introduce authentic Chinese flavors to the heart of Dubai. What started as a single bubble tea shop in International City evolved into a dynamic F&B group, establishing the first Happy Lemon bubble tea shop in Dubai in 2018.

From there, TM Investment has expanded into a diverse portfolio of brands, including a cluster of 13 unique Chinese restaurants within the newly opened Chinatown at Dubai Mall.

With a strong brand identity that fuses authentic Chinese cuisine with a contemporary dining experience, TM Investment has solidified its reputation as a trusted name in Dubai’s

culinary landscape.

Today, the company’s expansion plans signal an exciting new chapter, as TM Investment looks to grow its presence across the Middle East

Key Milestones

The success of Happy Lemon marked the beginning of TM Investment’s growth story. With popular stores in key locations such as BurJuman, Deira, and Ibn Battuta Mall, the brand quickly became a household name for bubble tea lovers. The overwhelming reception to Happy Lemon paved the way for the launch of Chinatown in Dubai Mall, a culinary hub showcasing authentic Chinese cuisine.

This expansion reflected TM Investment’s deep understanding of the local market’s growing appetite for diverse, flavorful, and authentic dining experiences.

Now, TM Investment is set to elevate its offerings further with the launch of Ming Yue, Dubai’s first luxury tea shop. Ming Yue will blend traditional Chinese tea culture with modern luxury, offering an immersive experience for tea lovers.

Looking ahead, TM Investment’s growth strategy focuses on expanding into new markets, with planned ventures in Qatar, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia, all aimed at bringing the rich heritage of Chinese cuisine to a broader audience.
